Adrian and Jen both come from professional business backgrounds in New Zealand and this coupled with a unique blend of personality, open outgoing manner and boating knowledge will serve to instantly make you feel at home onboard and ready to slip into holiday mode quickly. Drawing from a wealth of experience gathered from a lifetime of sailing, Adrian’s confident and reassuring manner will put you at ease. Perhaps you are a keen sailor and want to improve your knowledge or maybe you have had a little taste of life onboard a yacht and now want extend your boundaries, Adrian has the skills to assist you. He is a very capable yachtsman who has sailed dinghies, performance race yachts, offshore keelboats and also owned a motor vessel for many years with Jen. He has raced in the famous Sydney Hobart Race, raced to the South Pacific Islands and many races around the coasts of New Zealand and Australia.
With Jen, they recently sailed an 80ft ketch from Ecuador to the Mediterranean via Chile, the Strait of Magellan, Beagle Channel, Cape Horn, Argentina and Brasil.
Outside sailing, Adrian loves fishing which he is very happy to introduce you to and he is also a scuba diver and will happily lead other qualified divers on recreational trips. Perhaps your preference is to kayak tranquil waters or maybe you’d like to test yourself on water skis? He also enjoys getting into the galley from time to time to conjure up a delectable surprise.

Jen has extensive sailing experience also and is an accomplished fisherwoman, particularly for game fish. She enjoys keeping fit and loves long walks ashore exploring bays and magical scenery and local markets: why not join her?
Her attention to detail and creative flair are evidenced in the impeccable standards that she sets herself. Jen has a joyous laugh which makes the boat feel even bigger than it really is. She is an accomplished cook who loves to use local fresh produce to create fine healthy cuisine. Her styles are very varied and include Mediterranean, Italian, Thai, Indian as well as other exotic fare gleaned from international traveling.
As a couple, Adrian and Jen compliment each other well with a relaxed and professional manner and they give unselfishly of themselves to create a fun atmosphere that you will enjoy.
